Return Duration
- Product exchanges and returns are accepted for regular orders within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Custom orders like those with names on the sleeves or any kind of customization are not eligible for returns.
- In case of any defects discovered within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of delivery, please email support@wearesuperior.in. As a small business, we cannot accommodate requests for standard or defective products beyond this timeframe.
Return Pickup
- We strive to offer a pick-up service for exchanges or returns, but it is not guaranteed. In such instances, customers are asked to ship the return themselves.
- Please note that we offer only 1 (one) pick-up per order for exchanges or returns, even if the logistics or operational error is on our part.
Eligibility for Return
- Products must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached (if any).
- Products that are returned without original packaging are ineligible for returns.
- Final sale items and sample units (which may have minor imperfections) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Any product that is damaged or not in the same condition as you received it, or which is worn, will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession.
- Unauthorized inbound shipments or ineligible returns will be recycled or discarded without notice and may result in additional service fees and/or future service restrictions.
Refunds
- Upon receipt of the product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period. We aim to process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 (thirty) days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
- The Company shall have the right to process refunds as store credits. At the sole discretion of the Company, refunds may be processed to the original mode of payment made for the products after deducting a Return fee of INR 150 for 1-2 products and INR 250 for 3 or above products.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, the COD charges of INR 100 will not be taken into account while processing refunds. Refunds will be made according to original order value after deducting the return fees.

If the product fails the quality check, it will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been processed for packing or shipped from the warehouse. However, only the orders which has not been processed for packing or shipped from the warehouse could be cancelled.
- On receipt of the cancellation request, we shall cancel the order and initiate the refund of the amount paid by you for the products after deducting a small cancellation fee of INR 50. This final amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase.
- The Company shall have the right to process refunds as store credits. At the sole discretion of the Company, refunds may be processed to the original mode of payment made for the products.
- Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. In such cases, you may consider initiating a return request following our return policy guidelines.
- By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that once a product has been delivered, any attempt to initiate a chargeback, reversal of payment, or any similar dispute with your payment provider—without first contacting our customer support and following the prescribed refund process—shall constitute a breach of these Terms of Use. In the event of such unauthorized chargebacks, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, recover any additional administrative or legal fees incurred, and pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.
